I build thingsthat actuallywork.
Head of Product, Data & AI // SQUERFifteen years growing one IT organization from a helpdesk seat into a 100-person global function across 14 countries. Two startups built from zero alongside the day job. Now I build the business at SQUER: what our Product, Data & AI unit sells, who we sell it to, and how we win it. Different seats, same job: build something that still works once I stop pushing.
// backgroundOperator first.
Operator first.
Advisor second.
I’ve sat on the other side of the table: accountable for the operating model, the budget, the audit, and the people who had to make all of it work long after the strategy deck was closed. That’s the perspective I bring to advisory work, and the reason I don’t sell plans I couldn’t staff and run myself.Flex.Insight, the advisory practice I co-founded in 2025, ran on exactly that premise. Twelve months later I wound it down to lead SQUER’s Product, Data & AI unit. Bigger canvas, same rule: stay close to the real problem, sell only what we can actually deliver, measure what changed.

Popular AI Tools: What About Data Protection?
Every AI governance conversation I have ends at the same question: can we use this tool with this data? I read the terms behind roughly 38 AI tool tiers across German, Austrian and Swiss data-protection law and built the reference I wanted to exist, including the part where the honest answer is neither yes nor no.July 22, 2026 · 5 min read

The rollout was the easy part
Agentic AI projects don’t fail on the technology. I’m inside one at scale right now - hundreds of engineers - and every hard part has been organizational: which teams were ready, who got left behind, and whether anyone explained why.April 29, 2026 · 7 min read

The UI was the moat
Salesforce’s Headless 360 makes the API the product. The UI was the moat for most SaaS: what’s left when agents take it off the table?// signal
